You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Custom furniture or rugs are not eligible for returns.

During our temporary store closures in response to the coronavirus, you can contact our Customer Care team for help returning store purchases. To process your return, we will need information from your original receipt, and our team can arrange a convenient time with you to come in and process your return. In-store purchases can be returned within 14 days.
